I. Characteristics of the batching system

1.Modularized structure and rational layout make it convenient to install and dismantle.

II. Characteristics of drying drum

1.The drying system is the key component of the whole set and the capacity directly influences the productivity; the temperature of the dried aggregate directly influences the temperature of the finial product; its drying efficiency directly influences the consumption of the fuel,thereby the rational structure is very important. We fully absorbed the abroad advanced technology of stirrersuch as Nikko,Korea Newlife,English Parker and got satisfactory results and realized the anticipated object.
2.The structure of drying cylinder is columnar,its slant angle is about 3.0°. It is fixed in a lower trestle set to have a low center of gravity to ensuring smoothly running.
3.The drying cylinder is droved by gear wheels,so it can run smoothly.
4.The lifting board inside drying drum has rational structure and varies in form,conveys more heat to aggregate,so promotes the heating efficiency. The lifting board and the body are fixed by screws,thereby settled the problem of difficult replacement after abrasion. At the same time avoid the phenomenon of out-of shape and fall-off caused by electric wielding.
5.The drying drum has two layers to preserve heat and is wrapped by stainless steel,so it has a beautiful outside-look. The mineral wool layer added in the outside decreased the loss of heat,thus decreased the consumption of the fuel and increased the productivity of the drying drum.
6.The discharging manner is scraper sideway discharge from the bottom and the discharging
port is low, so the output is even and smooth.
